Prep: 2 min · Cook: 1 min · Serves 2 · Cuisine: Asian-inspired
Ingredients
- 3 sheets rice paper
- 1 cup guacamole or dip of choice
Method
- Cut the round rice paper sheets into triangular wedges (like pizza slices) using kitchen shears.
- Arrange the triangles in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate, making sure they do not overlap.
- Microwave on high (approx. 800W) for 30 seconds, or until the rice paper completely puffs up, turning white and crispy. If some parts are still translucent, microwave for a few more seconds.
- Repeat the process with the remaining rice paper triangles.
- Serve the crispy rice paper chips immediately with guacamole or your favorite dip.
