Is Dishful really free?
Yes. The free plan includes a monthly allowance of recipe and video imports, and recipes you type in yourself never count. Upgrade only if you find you need more.
Where can I save recipes from?
Almost any recipe website, plus TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube videos, photos of cookbook pages or handwritten cards, and text pasted from a message. If something doesn’t come through properly, tell us and we’ll look into it.
Can I bring my recipes over from another app?
Yes. Dishful reads exports from Paprika, Mealie, Tandoor, RecipeSage, Recipe Keeper, Copy Me That and many others. Bringing a library over doesn’t use any of your monthly imports.
What is Magic Whisk, and does it cost extra?
Magic Whisk is the help built into Dishful: one-tap changes, Basil in the kitchen, photo checks and tonight’s ideas. Every plan includes it. The free plan comes with a monthly allowance, and paid plans simply raise it.
When are the iPhone and Android apps coming?
Both are in final testing and coming soon. Everything you save on the web will be there when you sign in.
What if I want to leave?
Export everything from Settings and take it with you. You can delete your account there too.
